Darrell Sosbee

Darrell Sosbee was born and raised in Oconee County. He has been married for 30 years to his wife Beverly and has two children, Natalie and Scott. He has been a member of Athens Area Home Builders Association for over 20 years.

Darrell's commitment to quality construction guarantees satisfied homeowners who are proud to own a Sosbee home and know they have made a solid investment in their family's future.

Darrell started his career in the building trades as an electrician when he was 18 years old and soon after obtained his electrical license. He has owned and managed his own electrical company, D&R Electric, for over 30 years. He has been building quality homes for over 25 years. Darrell has also established himself as one of the leading developers in the area by developing subdivisions for 20 years. He has developed the following subdivisions:

Morgan Manor, Darlington Station, Twelve Oaks, Founder's Grove, Welbrook Farms, Settler's Ridge, Huntington Shoals, Southwind Manor, Meadow Springs
