Beverly Sosbee has been in thel real estate profession for 15 years. Before becoming a Realtor, Beverly taught school in the Oconee County School System for 13 years.

On a personal note, Beverly has been married for 30 years to Darrell and has two children - Natalie who is 29 and Scott who is 26. She enjoys working in the real estate profession a great deal. In her spare time, Beverly enjoys going to the mountains, walking, and gardening.

Jane joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 1986 and obtained her real estate license in 2000. A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Jane attended the University of Georgia from 1976-1980 with a major in English. She was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.

Currently an active member of the local, state, and national Boards of Realtors, she wa a member of the Athens Association of the Realtors Million Dollar Club in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. Jane was honored as a member of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society for production achieved from 2001-2006 and was named to the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle in 2007.

Jane has maintained a commitment to community service, having experience in numerous Oconee County Board of Education Communication and Zoning Committees and served as Vice- President of the Malcom Bridge Elementary School from 2001-2002, and as President from 2001-2002. She served as the 2006 Secretary of the Athens Area Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, was named President Elect in 2007, and currently serves as the 2008 President.

Jane's interests include creative writting, advertising, music, and naturally, Georgia Football.

She resides in Oconee County with her two daughters, Anna, a student at Gainesville College, and Kathleen, a 10th grader at North Oconee High School.
